How to join Delta Phi Omega

 

In order to join Delta Phi Omega, you must be considered for a bid (an invitation to join the organization). In order to be considered for a bid you must attend an Informational Session. Informational Sessions are hosted throughout the semester as well during recruitment week. We also heavily encourage all interested individuals to attend social events with the sisters of Delta Phi Omega in order to get to know us as we can get to know you.

Informational sessions will cover vital information with regards to obtaining a bid, details on joining, and expectations.

Recruitment Checklist

 

Attend an Informational Session

Attend at least 2 social events

Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 or higher

Must be in good standing with the University

Must be a second-semester Freshman or upperclassmen. We do not offer bids to first-semester Freshman as per FIU policy.

 Must be an undergraduate student. We do not offer bids to graduate students as per National policy.

Must have a sincere interest in the empowerment of all women.
